Digital downloads

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the files are faulty, incomplete or materially different from the description. Email hello@convertforge.company with your order number.

Courses & training

Courses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 25% of the lessons. After that the licence is non-refundable, but you keep lifetime access.

What we cannot refund

Bespoke agency work already delivered, third-party licences bought on your behalf, and ad spend committed to platforms.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law and does not reduce them. Digital content bought as a consumer may lose the 14-day cancellation right once download has started — we honour it anyway, as set out above.
